Not only is it delicious, it's 100% pure, raw, local, lovingly produced, unheated, kosher honey. The boys are pretty sweet, too ;)
Here's an interesting article on Andrew - he's no ordinary beekeeper, and isn't that nice to know?! Andrew has been as busy as a bee doing meaningful things all over the world...he's taught high school in Ecuador, spent five years in Japan learning martial arts from a master, ditched a doctorate degree from Yale preferring to spend time with his beekeeping father [right on!] and established two non-profits - Bees without Borders, a charity that brings resources and education to beekeepers in underdeveloped countries and the New York Beekeeping Association. Did you know that in urban settings hives do not experience colony collapse disorder?
